Youth Fitness
Educate your children on proper technique and accepted etiquette in the weight room by participating in a structured class that teaches muscle groups and the machines that work them. Youth ages 10-14, and minimum height of 5 feet, must complete and pass both a written and practical exam before they are allowed access to the fitness center. Otherwise, they must be 15 to work out in the fitness center. (Min. 4, Max. 10) |
Fitness Center privileges are granted with the following guidelines
• Must show age-appropriate membership card and wear wristband to use weight room.
• Ages 10-12 must be immediately supervised by a parent, and a family membership is required.
• Ages 13-14 do not need immediate supervision, but a family membership is required. Privileges are revocable.
No refunds 1 week prior to start of session.
Sessions: September 7 - 30, October 5 - 28
Time: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Fee: $65
