Health & Wellness - Youth Fitness

Youth Fitness
Educate your children on proper technique and accepted etiquette in the weight room by participating in a structured class that teaches muscle groups and the machines that work them. Youth ages 10-14, and minimum height of 5 feet, must complete and pass both a written and practical exam before they are allowed access to the fitness center. Otherwise, they must be 15 to work out in the fitness center. (Min. 4, Max. 10)

Fitness Center privileges are granted with the following guidelines
• Must show age-appropriate membership card and wear wristband to use weight room.
• Ages 10-12 must be immediately supervised by a parent, and a family membership is required.
• Ages 13-14 do not need immediate supervision, but a family membership is required. Privileges are revocable.

No refunds 1 week prior to start of session.

Sessions: September 7 - 30, October 5 - 28

Time: 4:30 - 5:30 pm

Fee: $65
